🛒 Orders & Processing
How long does it take for my order to be made?
Every item is made-to-order (because parents don’t need more wasted stuff in their house!). Production usually takes 2–3 business days.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We start making your shirt pretty quickly. If you need a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best.
📦 Shipping
How long does shipping take?
- USA: 2–5 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days (may extend during holidays)
- International: 10–20 business days
Will I get a tracking number?
Yep! Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
👕 Sizing & Fit
Do your shirts run true to size?
Yes, they run true to size. For a looser fit, we suggest sizing up. Check out our full Size Chart for details.
Are the shirts soft and comfy?
100%. Parents don’t wear scratchy tees — ours are soft, breathable, and durable for all the chaos.
🔄 Refunds, Returns & Orders
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because every item is made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email 📧 support@parentinglol.com within 14 days with your order number and photos. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders go into production quickly, so cancellations or changes aren’t guaranteed once placed. If you need a change, contact us ASAP at 📧 support@parentinglol.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that international customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are not included in our prices.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
If the carrier marks your order as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local delivery service. Unfortunately, we can’t cover lost or stolen packages after delivery.
What if I entered the wrong address?
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, you may need to cover re-shipping costs. Double-check your details before checkout!
