At ParentingLOL, every item is made-to-order just for you — reducing waste and keeping things sustainable. Here’s everything you need to know about production, shipping, and returns:
🚚 Shipping
Production Time
- All items are custom printed when you order.
- Standard production is 2–5 business days.
- During peak times (holidays, promotions), fulfillment may take slightly longer.
Estimated Shipping Times
- USA: 5–7 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Please note: These are estimates. Delays caused by customs, postal service issues, or unforeseen events are outside our control. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind. Please use our size chart before purchasing.
We will gladly replace or refund items if:
- Your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective
- You receive the wrong item
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us through our Contact Page with your order number and photos of the issue.
- If your return is approved, we’ll provide the return address and instructions.
- Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
🌍 European Union Customers
If your order is being shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return within 14 days for any reason, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging.
💳 Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial.
- If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note: Bank or card processing times may vary.
