Refund & Return Policy

At ParentingLOL, every product is made to order through our print-on-demand process. Because of this, all sales are considered final. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Issues & Defective Products

We take quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery at 📧 support@parentinglol.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will replace the product at no cost to you. Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Because each item is made to order:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse.
  • Please check sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

3. Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed. Once production begins, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes. If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately at 📧 support@parentinglol.com.


4. International Orders & Customs

  • Orders fulfilled outside of the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or import taxes in the destination country.
  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not refundable by ParentingLOL.
  • Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, or factors outside our control.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • ParentingLOL is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local carrier service or delivery provider.

6. Incorrect Address

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is entered and the order is returned to us, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend it.

7. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds are only granted in cases of confirmed defective items, order errors caused by us, or non-deliverable items where a replacement is not possible.
  • Once approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
