Section 21 - Print-on-Demand Terms

ParentingLOL operates as a print-on-demand brand, which means every product is made individually after your order is placed. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Design Ownership
All designs, artwork, logos, and content displayed on ParentingLOL are the exclusive property of ParentingLOL (or its licensors). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise misuse our designs, products, or branding. Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

User-Generated Content (if applicable)
If we offer personalization or custom uploads, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to the content you upload. You must not submit content that is infringing, unlawful, harmful, or offensive. By uploading, you grant ParentingLOL a limited license to use that content solely for fulfilling your order. ParentingLOL is not responsible for verifying ownership and you assume all liability for any claims arising from the content you provide.

Product Variations
Because all products are created individually, slight differences in color, design placement, or size may occur due to the print-on-demand process. These natural variations are not considered defects and are not grounds for free returns or exchanges.

Personal Use Only
Products purchased from ParentingLOL are for personal use only. Reselling, reproducing, or redistributing our products without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Production & Fulfillment

  • Each product is made to order. Production and shipping times may vary.
  • Estimated delivery dates at checkout are estimates only and not guarantees.
  • ParentingLOL is not responsible for delays caused by our print partners, shipping carriers, or other factors outside our control.
  • International Orders: Since our fulfillment is primarily handled from the United States, orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or import taxes in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. ParentingLOL does not cover or reimburse these costs.
